In a beautiful ceremony participated by MDA managers and heads, Deputy Health Minister Rabbi Yaakov Litzman inaugurated the new catheterization unit at the Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Centre.
With Deputy Health Minister Rabbi Yaakov Litzman, the Medical Centre management, and MDA directors in attendance, the new catheterizations unit located inside Mayanei Hayeshua’s new hospital wing was inaugurated.
Mezuzot were ceremoniously affixed to the doors of the catheterizations unit, nestled inside the Hayden Cardiology Centre which boasts a cardiac emergency care department, heart institute, clinics, and now – catheterization unit.
Following a joint tour and quick overview by Manager of the Cardiology Unit Dr. Oren Agranat and Director of the General Intensive Care Unit Prof. Eliyahu-Patrick Sorkin, the guests gathered inside the conference hall for a festive event, headed by the Deputy Health Minister as well as Mayor of Bnei Brak Rabbi Avraham Rubinstein and the managements of Mayanei Hayeshua and MDA.
Heartfelt words were said about Mayanei Hayeshua’s cardiology unit and the professionalism of the senior doctors. The speakers also noted the unique collaboration between MDA’s management, workers and volunteers and the hospital.
Mr. Chaim Dori, Director of the Yarkon Region at MDA; Mr. Ilan Moalem, Deputy Director of the Yarkon Region; Dr. Strugo, Deputy Director of Medicine; representatives of the Medical Department, paramedics and volunteers also honored the hospital with their presence.
